An impressive experience overall. While we didn't see any white sharks, which was to be expected due to the current ecosystem conditions, we encountered several cobbled sharks, along with fox sharks, giant rye, and a multitude of birds at the end. The crew kept us relaxed throughout. We were able to dive in the cage twice. Highly recommend.
This was an exceptional shark diving experience in South Africa. The excursion felt more like a maritime adventure, showcasing various sharks, birds, fish, and seals. The crew was fantastic, and booking was hassle-free. Reservations kept in touch, and our driver was knowledgeable and skilled, making us feel safe. Our family of six was welcomed on board first, and we appreciated having the opportunity to dive twice after other customers. With only 20 people on the boat, there was ample space, unlike other boats that carried 60. After three hours, we returned for a delicious lunch with hot drinks and food. We purchased a video for an additional R350, which we shared among ourselves. They also provided high-resolution images with their logo at no extra cost, which was a nice touch. This experience was great value, and I highly recommend them.
While we couldn't spot the white shark we hoped for, we did encounter seven different large sharks and a sizable ray. The entire experience was smooth and well-organized, with thorough preparation. I highly recommend this adventure, and you might just see the elusive white shark!

This was an incredible day with a knowledgeable crew who looked after us well. From the included hotel pickup to the safety tips and wetsuit fittings, everything was great. The best part was the close encounters with sharks, as well as sightings of sting rays and seals. The crew helped throughout the experience, capturing memorable moments on video and sharing insights about the marine life in the Gansbaai area. They also catered well to my children, aged 12 and 13. After the trip, we enjoyed a light lunch, and there were towels and warm showers available. I highly recommend this experience for its excellent value.

My aim was to collaborate with a company that prioritizes conservation and education while taking care of logistics like transport, equipment, and meals. The team exceeded my expectations on all levels. The day provided a comprehensive experience. Although the drive was lengthy and shared with other guests, the shared anticipation fostered a sense of camaraderie. We started at their Gansbaai location, enjoying a hearty meal and receiving a detailed, informative briefing before departing. The boat ride was a bit bumpy but manageable. It was well-structured, offering ample seating and a two-tiered design. When not in the cage, the upper level offered a fantastic view to spot sharks and soak in the adventure. The crew was efficient, handling gear fittings and assisting us in and out of the cage, providing clear guidance on where to look while we were in the water. We encountered brown sharks and a large ray. Although I initially hoped to see a great white, the team explained that recent shifts in migration patterns due to orca presence have diminished the chances of sighting them. I appreciated their honesty and the conservation insights they provided. Despite not seeing a great white, the experience felt fulfilling and worthwhile. What impressed me the most was the crew's demeanor. They were patient, clear, and genuinely friendly, fully at ease and dedicated to ensuring we had a meaningful first encounter with sharks. If there was one thing I wished for, it would be additional time in the water; I guess I’ll need to return. I would highly recommend this experience, especially to anyone interested in marine life and conservation. Just be prepared for a full day and remain flexible and patient with the conditions.

The experience was truly exceptional. I felt a bit anxious at first, but the friendliness and support from the staff and crew put me at ease. It was fantastic to see many sharks, a short-tailed stingray, several fur seals, and dolphins. We felt on top of the world. Amazing.
