Christian, our tour guide, arrived at our hotel punctually and was extremely knowledgeable about the local area, animals, and birds. He was friendly and easy to converse with. The weather was beautiful, and he proactively advised us to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated. Overall, the experience was truly worthwhile, and the adventure certainly does not disappoint.

Our family had a wonderful time on the kayaking tour on the Chagres River. The jungle scenery was stunning, and our guide was excellent in showcasing the area's beauty. He also interacted wonderfully with our kids, which we truly appreciated.
Our experience mainly involved kayaking in the central part of the Chagres River, rather than along the edges where we could have spotted more wildlife. We missed opportunities to see monkeys, sloths, or toucans as a result. Additionally, Christian took some photos of us but did not send them despite my three emails requesting them, and he hasn't replied to my inquiries.
This activity offered an excellent break from Panama's usual mix of city life, beach time, and cultural experiences. The kayaking provided a chance to explore a National Park, and we got to connect with the Embera community. Our guide, Christian, was very knowledgeable and wisely changed our trip to the afternoon to steer clear of morning rain.
Kayaking with our guide and my three children was a wonderful experience. We were joined by another family, which made it even more enjoyable. The weather was beautiful, and we spotted many amazing birds. Watching a ship pass by while sitting in a kayak was incredible. I highly recommend this activity for both experiencing the region and staying active.
