I had the absolute worst experience with customer service from this company. I cannot recommend them to anyone. I booked a wine tour in February, but after discovering my pregnancy in April, I requested a refund for my wine tasting ticket and offered to purchase a sober ticket instead. They refused to issue a refund and only suggested I invite a friend to take my place or rebook for another time. When I asked for the names of the wineries to cancel myself, they wouldn’t provide them. My husband called to try to negotiate, but they were unhelpful and even rude, ending the call abruptly. On the day of the tour, the driver announced to the group, "who is the mom on the bus, I was told to be careful with her," revealing that the office had flagged my situation in a note, which felt incredibly humiliating. Additionally, our tour was neither private nor on the disco bus we had booked. It seemed deliberate sabotage of our experience. This company put me in a position where I felt pressured to drink my wine just to avoid wasting money. Their lack of professionalism is shocking, especially for a business owned by a woman that should support other women. I strongly advise against engaging with this unprofessional and inconsiderate company.
Brookes' bus was precisely the tour bus we were looking for. It wasn't just the pink color; the entire experience was exceptional. Our driver was fantastic, the music was perfect, and the stops were spot on. We will certainly come back and will highly recommend it.

This tour offered an enjoyable way to explore several different places around town. Each location presented something unique. We liked our driver, who was both entertaining and attentive, ensuring everyone's safety. Complimentary cold water was a nice touch, but the air conditioning battery needs attention.

This tour was incredible. Ronnie, our driver, and Nelson, our host, ensured we had a fantastic day. The drop-off locations were excellent, with Fat Ass being my favorite. I even left my phone on the golf cart, and they kindly waited for me instead of leaving me behind. It truly has a great vibe.
