This experience was fantastic! It was my 30th birthday celebration, and Rex and Rena were exceptional. They provided transportation in San Antonio for a week, managing everything perfectly with excellent communication and timing. The wine tasting was enjoyable, and visiting Luckenbach, a charming little town, was a highlight. I would highly recommend their services for transportation or a wine tour.
Rex, our tour guide, picked us up at 10:00 AM in his spacious van and ensured we stayed on schedule while visiting four wineries. He also provided a sandwich lunch. I highly recommend this experience.

Rex is a great conversationalist—friendly and somewhat knowledgeable about wine. He chose two out of three excellent wineries, and his lunch venue was also very good. However, one of the vineyards had only been operating for three years and offered a selection of Texas and California wines, which was not what I expected. While Rex could enhance his wine expertise, the overall experience was enjoyable thanks to him.
My wife and I have participated in numerous wine tours in Fredericksburg, but this experience was the worst. There was a mix-up regarding our pickup time, and the driver was quite poor; she frequently glanced at her phone for directions while swerving. She even missed her turn twice and had to backtrack. At our first stop, Signor winery, we were informed that lunch would be provided. However, when we inquired with the server, we learned they didn't serve lunch and suggested we buy a sandwich from the market. This led to significant confusion, especially considering the tour cost $325 per person. Rex then told the server we could get a sandwich or charcuterie board charged to him, which added to the disarray faced by us and our accompanying family. While the wineries were lovely and the wine was excellent, the tasting at Becker winery consisted of only about two capfuls. At Grape Creek winery, we had to stand at the bar for more than an hour without any bar stools, which made for an uncomfortable experience. I will definitely avoid using 19th Hole in the future due to their unprofessional and disorganized service.
Rex, our guide from 19th Hole Tours, provided an outstanding experience touring wineries near Fredericksburg. His communication was top-notch, reaching out the week prior to decide on wineries and lunch options. Baron's Creek Winery was our favorite stop; we recommend it even as casual wine drinkers, and their food is also quite good.
