His superb service was characterized by professionalism, communication, and a friendly demeanor that made us feel like we had known him for years. He arrived early, and the sprinter van was spotless. Berret ensured our comfort in the van by adjusting the air as needed, driving excellently, providing water and snacks, and offering great suggestions for our visit to Freddy. He took all our group pictures and accompanied us inside the wineries to ensure we were well taken care of. Additionally, he kept us on schedule while remaining flexible and accommodating. We genuinely felt like we were given special treatment; this experience was truly outstanding.
