Our group of eight had an incredible time on this adventure. Godfrey and Gareth were fantastic guides, ensuring we were well-prepared for the 90-minute ride. They also captured great photos of us at the stunning Overberg viewpoints.
Upon our arrival, the booking was never confirmed with the operator, preventing us from continuing with our planned activity. The operator did offer an alternative experience in Caledon, which was enjoyable, but it wasn't what we had originally reserved and paid for.
This company is dishonest. They took my money and falsely claimed that their terms and conditions stated to arrive 20 minutes early, which they don’t. I found no mention of this requirement on either the SA Forest Adventures site or Viator. They would not refund my money or let me rebook. I strongly advise avoiding them and am considering legal action against these scammers.
We had an amazing experience on the 1-hour quad biking tour. It was thrilling and set against stunning scenery. I highly recommend it.
