Three hours of enjoyable activities! We thoroughly loved our time. Mountain biking was an excellent means to discover Franschhoek and allowed us to stop at delightful wine estates. It had been 30 years since I last rode a bike, but Matt made me feel at ease, turning our morning into a wonderful experience. Our 12-year-old son also joined us and handled it well. We had an amazing cycling tour with Abie in Stellenbosch. He picked us up punctually and welcomed us warmly before driving us to the starting point in a well-kept VW van. The bikes and helmets were top-notch, with a strong emphasis on our safety. The tour was very informative and personalized, as Abie generously shared his extensive knowledge with us. We sampled excellent wines at two venues without feeling rushed. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately booked our next adventure, a hike up Lion's Head in Cape Town. I enjoyed a wonderful morning cycling to and exploring the reservoir, taking in stunning views on peaceful roads and paths. The wine tastings at La Motte and La Bri were excellent as well. The lovely couple who operate the tour were very accommodating, and my guide was engaging and informative. I highly recommend this experience with the company.

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed this tour. It offered a fantastic way to experience the beautiful countryside of Franschhoek at a relaxed pace, guided by the knowledgeable Abie. Despite being an experienced cyclist, he was patient with our group, which included several beginners. His insights about the scenery and towns were both engaging and informative, and he was great company throughout the ride. For the best experience, I suggest doing this tour in the morning when it’s sunny yet cool. Also, make sure to bring plenty of water and sun protection due to the dry conditions.
