I had a fantastic day. Our group had just nine people, which was perfect. Angelo, our guide, was outstanding and engaged everyone. However, we ran about an hour over schedule, so there wasn't time to explore Stellenbosch.

The tour offered an enjoyable day filled with beautiful scenery and delightful food and wine experiences at three wineries. We began with a pairing of wine and cheese, followed by wine and lunch, and concluded with wine and chocolate. The final stop for sparkling wine felt a bit superfluous, but we received a nice overview of Stellenbosch and the University. Our guide, Bonga, was outstanding. The lunch portions were quite large, so I recommend sharing a platter and packing the other for the guide's family.

Bongo, our guide, was excellent. We enjoyed a comfortable ride in an air-conditioned van from our hotel. He was both friendly and professional. The scenery around the wineries was breathtaking. We had wonderful wine pairings and a tasty lunch. We also appreciated a visit to a charming little town to explore, with plenty of clean bathroom access. It was a delightful day.
