Paying $100 per person for a ride that lasted less than 15 minutes was disappointing. There was no safety briefing, and no photo package was offered. The crew was impersonal and only engaged with us when they sought a tip. I recommend looking for a different experience.
It was a spectacular and relaxing experience. As it was my first time, I loved being high above the sea. This is an experience you must try, and definitely remember to take photos.

The parasailing experience itself was fantastic, offering stunning views at 400 feet, and the instructions for harnessing and landing were clear. However, the return shuttle boat ride was problematic. We were told to remove our life jackets before the boat stabilized, which led to me falling back and injuring my back due to a wave. There was no acknowledgment or apology from the staff, highlighting a lack of training. It would be wise to keep life jackets on until safely off the boat to protect against potential injuries from the boat's steel structure.
The crew was excellent, very knowledgeable about the activities, and we ended up with some good photos.
Had a fantastic time! The only suggestion I have is to include a photo option within the app. The views from above were absolutely stunning.
Be cautious of parasailing scams at Pantai Chenang, Langkawi. A woman adorned with gold bracelets assured me of a 10-minute parasailing session but delivered less than 5 minutes. When we inquired about the short duration, she cited weather conditions, but another couple experienced the same issue. Beware of these cheats at Pantai Chenang.
