Booking this experience was quite challenging. I initially attempted to reserve a spot via their website on Saturday, but it indicated full capacity. After using a third-party service, I began receiving calls from the tiki pub, which was helpful, yet they kept confirming the boat I had already booked. Additionally, while taking the trolley from Lovers Key, the staff on my boat didn’t know the stop names. For those coming from the south, just get off at Crescent Street near Margaritaville. The tour itself was nice with a lovely sunset view, but the young woman acting as concierge tried involving us in games, which didn't go well since we’re all 64. We don’t feel old and found her calling us the "Golden Girls" amusing, and it has become a running joke from our trip. Overall, the boat ride was enjoyable, but there were some hiccups in getting there and the onboard engagement.
Capt Cayla and Regan were incredible, making the experience so much fun. They engaged everyone and shared fascinating stories about the houses and locations we passed. The boat felt like a private tiki bar complete with karaoke and BYOB. I will certainly book again and highly recommend it. If you want a great time, make sure to request Cayla and Regan.
We had an excellent experience! We connected with new people, and the hosts were incredibly entertaining. The music was enjoyable and perfect for dancing. I highly recommend this activity.

The experience was enjoyable, with a fantastic crew and lovely weather. However, there were some drawbacks. Charging $10 for parking felt like a money grab, especially after paying for the trip. The boat was packed; they should really consider reducing the number of passengers for a more comfortable experience. If you didn’t claim a bench seat early, you were stuck under the tarp at the counter with limited options. Additionally, getting off the boat was tricky due to the low tide—it would have helped to have an extra step for those who are shorter. Overall, it was fun but not without its flaws.
This experience is essential. Captain Mark was fantastic, and Jacob truly exceeded our expectations to ensure everything was perfect. If you're seeking an amazing adventure, you should definitely try this team.
You are allowed to bring your own food and beverages. While the music volume was excessive, we had a wonderful time overall. The staff were fantastic!

Captain Mark was an excellent host during our Sensational Tiki Sunset Tour. He shared insightful information about the wildlife, and we spotted egrets, a shoebill flamingo, blue and green herons, and dolphins. The sunset was stunning, and combined with the great music and Mark’s enthusiasm, the tiki tour was a major success.
A great opportunity to connect with others. It was both relaxing and enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service. I would definitely participate in this again.
