I arranged this tour about a week prior to my arrival in Florida, but it was canceled on the day I was supposed to go. I still haven't received my refund.
We had a fantastic time on the cruise, and the sunset views were spectacular.
I appreciate the importance of safety, but I can't understand canceling just an hour before our scheduled meeting due to weather and not providing a refund. When I mentioned that rescheduling wasn't feasible since we were leaving Fort Lauderdale, they only offered a gift certificate. Luckily, I booked through Trip Advisor, who refunded me, as the company refused to do so. This feels like a shady business practice. Caution is advised.
John and Dom turned this into an excellent experience. I appreciated the combination of canal and ocean travel. John shared plenty of interesting insights regarding the yachts and mansions.
John was excellent, prioritizing safety while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. On the way back, he shared numerous intriguing facts about the houses and mega yachts. It was an enjoyable experience.
Overall, it was a positive experience with stunning views and a nice amount of commentary. The captain and his assistant were cheerful and welcoming. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the $20 parking fee at Bahia Mar for just 2 hours, which felt excessive. Consider finding a more affordable parking option if you go.

The cloudy evening wasn’t the crew's fault, but I anticipated a more thrilling adventure. Perhaps a clearer evening would have improved the experience.
