My wife arranged for us to go parasailing to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. However, you canceled last minute and then stated that there would be no refunds. We were offered to rebook, but we were leaving the next day. The weather was fine; the cancellation was due to not having enough participants, which is not our fault. If you look through the reviews, many are quite negative.

When making your reservation, ensure you’re not just signing up as an observer. The waves can get quite choppy if it’s windy. We didn't encounter any problems, but anyone prone to motion sickness might have had a rough time.

If you tend to get seasick, make sure to take motion sickness medication, as the boat bounces and turns quite a bit for a thrilling parasail ride.
