The water conditions were unsafe and we were completely unaware. Despite telling them we were beginners, they still pushed us to participate. We couldn't swim, and it was our first time, yet they insisted. Other experienced tourists advised that we shouldn't have been allowed to attempt it at all. The service was very disappointing, and there was no offer of a refund even though we never rode. Additionally, a jet ski struck someone in the head while trying to board due to the wind, which happened twice.

Christian made the paperwork a breeze, while Gino set us up for an enjoyable experience. We observed Gino and Frank assisting other riders back to shore, all while keeping spirits high. The instructions were straightforward, the equipment was well-maintained, and Gino offered plenty of encouragement and support. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this team. You can park for free across the street, then walk through the lobby and to the left of the pools, around the bar and shops.

When it started to rain with thunder and lightning, they informed us we could either wait it out or return later. They called us when the rain ceased, and we were able to return to jet skiing. The staff provided clear instructions on what to do and not do. The waves were thrilling, and I experienced great airtime. If you booked solo, you ride alone. There's also an option to buy a drone to capture footage or a waterproof phone case, which I chose and got some nice pictures and videos. We had to buy a boating license for about $14 per person, which we weren't aware of before booking, but overall, they were very transparent about what was included and any additional costs at the venue.
