You gather at a dock located right behind the restaurants in the marina village. The crew is friendly and relies on tips, so it's a good idea to have some cash for them. You can purchase additional videos and pictures for $60 for one item or $100 for both the GoPro footage and photos. There were around ten of us flying together. The flight lasts about ten minutes, during which you can watch the other groups. The guys on my boat were excellent and we had a fantastic time. I was there with my wife and our 11-year-old son. It was a wonderful experience.
Mike and Jude were truly exceptional entertainers; they served as the captain and first mate, making our experience unforgettable. They even encouraged my five-year-old grandson to try parasailing, and he loved it. We had an amazing time with them. I would recommend them a million times over.
