The trip was enjoyable. Pickup was prompt and the tour leader was outstanding. However, the process of being picked up in Fort Lauderdale, then transferring to another bus while still picking up others delayed our departure, resulting in two hours of driving before we actually headed to the Keys.
It was an incredible day. Key West is stunning. The only drawback was the travel time, but we anticipated a long day. Our guide was great as well.
Check which hotel the shuttle service will collect you from before making a reservation, as you may incur additional travel fees. Also, there are insufficient phone charging stations.
The bus ride was enjoyable, and we appreciated the straightforward access to information about our trip to Key West. The tour guide was knowledgeable about the available excursions and took great care to ensure everyone was well-informed and safe throughout the day.
It was a fantastic experience, although the drive was lengthy. The snorkeling was definitely worth the additional expense. Overall, it was a long day, but enjoyable.
My mother and I had an excellent day. The team was professional, prompt, and very courteous. It truly was a great experience. Thank you.
The driver and organizer were exceptional. The organizer effectively managed everyone on the packed bus and demonstrated impressive knowledge, communicating in both English and Spanish. He also arranged an Uber for us to Fort Lauderdale, which was greatly appreciated.
We were initially picked up by a small van and then transferred to a tour bus that collected several passengers heading to Key West. Unfortunately, the air conditioning on the bus didn't function well, and it felt unclean. Additionally, water should have been provided. However, the bus driver and host were good.
Upon arriving in Key West, you are free to discover the area at your own pace. However, navigating can be challenging due to the lack of street signage.
It was a long day, but traveling to and from the Keys this way was the most relaxing experience. We opted to rent a golf cart during the bus ride, which allowed us to explore the town well, but parking was tough to find. Given our mobility issues and prior experience in the Keys, it was the right choice for us. However, I wouldn’t suggest the golf cart for first-time visitors unless they're comfortable with the parking fees and the long walks to their destinations.
