This experience was excellently organized. The crew was friendly, humorous, and shared fascinating insights about the yachts and mansions we passed. The ride was both relaxing and thrilling, especially when the boat sped up. They offer White Claw and sodas for sale, and you can bring your own snacks. I highly recommend this activity and plan to do it again on my next visit to Ft. Lauderdale.

The company canceled our reservation just three hours before departure due to insufficient passengers for the boat. I reached out for a full refund since we were leaving the area and couldn’t rebook, but they refused. Now I must dispute the charge with my credit card company to retrieve my funds. Avoid this company; they will hold onto your money even when they cancel.
Terrible experience. They departed before 7:15, and my family and I arrived at 7:07. When we asked the valet where to go, they had already left. This company is untrustworthy and refuses to refund me, so I will be pursuing legal action.
