The tour was enjoyable overall, but the guides need to adjust how they use the microphone, as their speech was difficult to comprehend. The information provided was quite informative, but offering name-brand drinks would be an improvement.
The boat we used was quite small, and I believe it would have been helpful to see pictures of the actual vessel at the time of booking, alongside the other images provided.
Although my reservation was not passed on to the trip company, almost preventing us from boarding, I recommend booking directly with them. Nonetheless, the trip itself was fantastic.
