We had limited expectations for the experience, hoping to see many alligators like we’ve seen on television. Unfortunately, the environment didn’t favor the gators, and we only spotted one from a distance. Our guide was enjoyable and had a great sense of humor, making an effort to share interesting facts about Florida and its wildlife, which was commendable given the lack of sightings. We didn’t visit the live animal sanctuary or the food truck, but the gift shop had a good selection, including souvenir photo packages. The airboat ride was impressive and worth the experience. While I'm not sure I’d do it again, it's definitely worth trying if you haven't already.
We had an amazing experience on the Captain Jack adventure. The airboat ride was a lot of fun, and we were thrilled to spot at least one alligator during the trip.

The experience was well-structured and full of information. There is a sizable gift shop offering mementos and souvenirs from Florida and the Everglades, along with snacks and beverages.
Even though most of the wildlife was elusive during our visit, we managed to spot a few alligators and some beautiful birds. Floating through the Everglades was truly enjoyable and a lot of fun. The additional activities at the center are also worthwhile, so plan to spend a few hours there.

An incredible experience, absolutely essential while in Fort Lauderdale. The staff and the tour were outstanding, enjoyable, and highly informative. Opt for the morning tour, and you'll still have the whole day to relax at the beach.

It was surprising to encounter unfriendly staff during a paid experience. When we added another item to our food order, the employee taking it became annoyed, despite our generous tip. Additionally, at the mining section, an employee raised their voice at us simply for inquiring if they were still open, which was quite shocking. Although some aspects of the attraction were enjoyable, the treatment we received significantly diminished our experience.
