The vehicle was spotless, and the driver was both friendly and accommodating. I would have rated it five stars, but we had been instructed that our driver would be at the main exit for pickup. We waited there among 20 to 30 drivers, but our driver was actually at a much smaller exit on the opposite side of the building, where only two or three drivers were present. We were initially concerned about finding him, but ultimately, we managed to locate him.
Jorge excelled in customer service during our trip to Costa Rica. Despite our large group and last-minute requests for shuttle services, he always arrived early in a quality van. His prices are fair, and I highly recommend him. Additionally, he is very responsive on WhatsApp and speaks fluent English.

Upon arriving at Liberia airport, we were warmly welcomed by our driver, William, who offered us cold water and quickly took us to our hotel. We then utilized Shalom service for two tours that were both outstanding and full of information. Jorge was an amiable and enjoyable guide who ensured our safety while allowing us to connect with nature. We hiked over suspension bridges, admired a waterfall, indulged in a mud bath, experienced volcanic steam in a sauna, and enjoyed the hot springs. The next day, we embarked on a jungle animal excursion after swimming beneath a waterfall, where we encountered sloths, spider monkeys, snakes, frogs, toucans, and other wildlife. Each day included a delightful lunch, with Jorge ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this experience; you will not be let down.
There was no one at the airport when we arrived, but eventually, someone helped us locate a driver. The van was comfortable with air conditioning and provided water. However, we thought we had purchased round-trip transfers by providing all our flight details, and now we're uncertain about our return.
