The guide shared many fascinating stories during the trip. We encountered numerous bald eagles, ducks, and other birds at close range. Getting off the boat was quite wet, but waders and wet shoes were supplied. This activity may not be ideal for young children.
The experience was quite disappointing overall. The guide arrived with a raft that was too small despite confirming the size needed the day before. Male guests had to swap rafts, and once we began, my husband noticed the van was on empty, requiring a fuel stop. After that, we had to change into oversized, wet clothing, and it took 2.5 hours before we finally got the raft in the water. We spent just over an hour on the water, and loading the raft was also a hassle. Upon returning, it was already 9 PM due to construction delays, making it feel unworthy of the cost. I wouldn't recommend this experience, and if I could give zero stars, I would.
The trip was quite relaxing, and we spotted six moose. Our guide Larry was friendly and very knowledgeable. While the mosquitoes were intense, we were ready for them, and it improved once we were on the river.
The river rafting experience was wonderful and truly relaxing. Our guide was well-informed about the local flora and fauna, and they were accommodating and flexible with our needs. We plan to return for this adventure soon.
Trent and John provided excellent service. We encountered numerous animals and had an enjoyable experience. Trent was very knowledgeable about the area and approachable.
This tour was incredible and is definitely a must-do when visiting Alaska. Our guide, Benny, was very knowledgeable and made the experience exciting and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to take photos for us, teach us how to identify animal tracks, and look for wildlife. We encountered moose, ducks, fish, and more! The team ensured that everyone was comfortable and able to appreciate the Alaskan nature. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would rate it a perfect 10/10.
Our experience was incredibly enjoyable, both in the water and on land. Initially, I booked this to explore Alaska's wilderness, but instead, we were treated to fascinating survival and nature discussions with Ash and Emma. They kept our three kids, aged 5, 8, and 9, fully engaged. This adventure exceeded our expectations and was truly better than we could have imagined. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Our experience with Ash on the river rafting tour was fantastic. We learned about Alaska's history, enjoyed a breathtaking scenic morning, built a fire on the shore, and listened to Ash’s remarkable life stories. It was a standout moment of our trip, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
Ash proved to be the most knowledgeable guide we've encountered. He generously shared numerous personal experiences and gladly paused for photos whenever we requested. He even sent us some of his own pictures. It was a top-notch experience.
We enjoyed a rafting adventure in a scenic rural location alongside a group of fishermen. Our guide, Ash, was highly knowledgeable and shared fascinating tales about life with native Alaskans. He even demonstrated how to start a fire during our brief hike by the river, and we had the chance to observe some wildlife and their natural habitats.
