It was an incredible experience! Our guide, Ed, was exceptionally knowledgeable and knew the best spots for viewing the Aurora, even with cloudy skies. We were fortunate to see the northern lights three times, with their breathtaking dance across the sky. Ed captured numerous fantastic photos and videos of us alongside the Aurora, which he shared via email about a week later. The tour was well-organized, featuring a heated van and providing water, snacks, and warmers for hands and feet to keep us comfortable and energized. This is an opportunity you shouldn't miss if you want to witness the northern lights in person at least once.
The location they brought us to see the lights was fantastic. However, there was a significant amount of waiting time in the van just hoping for a second chance to view the aurora. Additionally, I never received the link to the official photos.

I truly enjoyed this experience. While nothing is guaranteed, we successfully saw the Northern Lights. Our guide was enthusiastic and well-informed, sharing in our excitement when we spotted the lights. On our return, he remained dedicated to finding them again. He had advanced equipment for capturing great videos and photos. Most participants focused on their personal devices, but my wife and I were lucky to have him take pictures with his gear, which felt like a private shoot. It was evident his equipment captured the lights much better, and he encouraged everyone to use it. The van was always comfortable, and he provided water and snacks to keep us satisfied. We brought pillows to relax during the wait times in the car. This was a wonderful experience, especially since catching the Northern Lights was my wife's birthday wish, which we fulfilled. At the end of the night, they treated us to delicious cake. We're expecting to receive the photos and video within a week or two since we just took the tour a few days ago. We extend our gratitude for this incredible experience. The image shared is from our camera phone, and I'm eagerly waiting for the professional shots.

Elena and Ed provided an excellent tour, taking us on a nearly 10-hour adventure in their comfortable Mercedes van, complete with refreshments. Elena shared insightful information about the science behind the aurora. While we first glimpsed the aurora around midnight, it was only faint. Fortunately, they brought advanced cameras to capture beautiful photos and videos. Shortly after we began our return trip, the aurora transformed into a brilliant display, and Ed quickly stopped so we could take more pictures for an additional hour. Unlike many guides, Ed and Elena were dedicated to enhancing our experience, genuinely enjoying our excitement. I appreciate their determination and would trust them without hesitation. As a lovely gesture, Elena even presented us with a piece of cake as a farewell gift. Great individuals, attentive to customers and passionate about their work. I highly recommend them.
I had a good experience with the tour guides, but the aurora barely appeared that night, which I don’t hold against them. The guides claimed it had only not shown for two nights the entire season, and this was the third. They informed us that we would receive a refund, which seemed reasonable. We took plenty of photos to create some memories of the evening. We were told that the pictures would be sent within two weeks. After the tour, when I called the company, we were denied a refund as they stated the aurora had shown slightly. Two weeks later, when I followed up on the photos, I was told that since the aurora hadn’t fully appeared, we wouldn’t receive them. It felt like we were robbed of our experience. Additionally, the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful.

Our initial tour was canceled due to the weather, but the guides on this tour utilized a weather map to find a spot beyond the clouds. They drove us for three hours to reach this location. Although there was no assurance of seeing the lights, we were treated to an incredible display that is hard to describe. There were moments of streaks, swirls, and curtains of light filling the sky. The guides were equipped with great cameras and captured beautiful photos of my husband and me with the lights in the background, all at no extra cost. They were truly wonderful individuals and even provided us with snacks and water. I highly recommend this tour.
