The tour was fantastic, starting with the hotel pickup from Pikes Waterfront Lodge. Unlike other tours where you meet the guide at a specific location, Gavin, the coordinator, contacted me ahead of time, which was a nice touch. My guide, Blake, was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, sharing plenty of information at every stop. He even took photos for me, making it simpler than dealing with selfies. I would definitely recommend this company again.
