Set at Cleary Summit, the Aurora Glass House provides an excellent vantage point for witnessing the Northern Lights. Over the course of three hours, guests can settle into the cozy cabin adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to comfortable seating, complimentary hot cocoa, coffee, and snacks are provided to keep you warm while you wait for the lights to grace the sky.
You have the option to step outside for an unobstructed view of the aurora away from city lights. For those interested in capturing the moment, photography services are also available to ensure you leave with stunning memories of the evening. Dress warmly, as temperatures can drop during nighttime hours.

The experience was quite simple and enjoyable. Our host picked us up from the hotel, which is a nice option. The drive to the aurora house took about 35 minutes. The guides were great at capturing photos, and we had the opportunity to record video with our phones. On the night I attended, the aurora appeared at 10:30 pm and again at 2 am, so there may be some intervals between sightings.
The Aurora is a natural phenomenon that's unpredictable. The date I selected turned out to be perfect for viewing.
This was a remarkable experience that created lasting memories. Booking with this exceptional company is a decision you won't regret. The venue was very clean, provided plenty of snacks, had excellent photos, and offered great shuttle service. It's truly a unique place.
The Aurora Glass House Northern Lights tour was a fantastic experience. It was conveniently just a 30-minute drive from our hotel, and the pickup and drop-off made it hassle-free. The small group created a personal and comfortable atmosphere. The Glass House was well set up, with snacks and warm drinks that were much appreciated in the cold. Our guide was exceptional—very friendly and attentive, enhancing the experience. He monitored the skies closely and informed us each time the northern lights began to show, which was breathtaking to see. We also enjoyed the option to warm up inside as needed without the worry of missing any action. The only minor downside was that the tour extended a bit longer than necessary. The lights faded about an hour before it concluded, leaving us waiting while quite tired. However, this did not diminish an otherwise remarkable experience. I would definitely book this tour again and strongly recommend it to anyone eager to view the northern lights in a cozy, well-organized environment. Receiving the photos from the evening the following morning was a delightful bonus.
The host and the house at Cleary Summit were lovely. Unfortunately, clouds came in, preventing us from seeing the aurora that night.
This was a fantastic experience. The glass house provided a cozy atmosphere, and the northern lights were breathtaking. The staff were supportive and offered valuable photography advice. I highly recommend this tour.
It can be quite chilly, and the weather is unpredictable, but you're likely to witness a fantastic display. They do an excellent job of providing a safe, warm spot to view the lights or to stay cozy in between shows.
Michael, our tour guide, was always on time, friendly, and incredibly helpful, particularly with taking our photos. The glass viewing house was new, immaculate, and exceptionally warm, which was a big plus given the cold weather. The standout feature was the flexibility we had: we could comfortably relax inside with clear views and quickly step outside to see the auroras when they became more vibrant. This combination of comfort and immersion truly enhanced our experience. Being able to enjoy such a magical sight without struggling against the cold allowed us to fully appreciate it. We left feeling grateful and in awe—it was a night we'll always remember. Thank you, Michael!
This tour is highly recommended! We had an amazing experience witnessing the aurora. The location was perfect, and our host, Michael, was exceptionally kind. He took professional pictures and shared them with us promptly, in addition to our own photos. The glass house was very warm, allowing us the freedom to come and go as we pleased.
Be prepared to wait for the Northern Lights to show up, but the experience is worth it. My guide helped by calling everyone out when the lights appeared. I visited in February, so dressing warmly and bringing hand warmers is essential.
