After reaching out to customer support, we received a new link hours later, but by then, our plans had already shifted. The following day, we asked for the link again, but when I called the operator in India, he was quite rude. Even with the new link, it still wouldn’t connect, showing a message that it had expired. We requested a refund, but the operator declined.
