Hailey was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, and provided me with a captivating overview of Edmonton and its history. I was fortunate to have the tour to myself. We walked four miles and I was impressed by the city’s numerous murals. Hailey also offered some great dining recommendations. The suggestion to check out the Muttart Conservatory was perfect for a plant lover like me. Afterward, I headed to the historic 82nd Ave (Whyte) area, which was another good tip. It's a fascinating part of town if you navigate it correctly and avoid the less desirable areas. Thanks to Toonie Tours.
Julie, our guide, was punctual and incredibly pleasant. She maintained a pace that suited us perfectly and offered great insights regarding our plans for the remainder of our Edmonton trip. Her flexibility and friendliness were much appreciated.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Edmonton walking tour led by Juan. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights into the city's history, culture, and architecture. The tour was well-structured, providing excellent coverage of downtown Edmonton, revealing hidden gems I would have missed otherwise. Juan ensured the experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the city in an engaging and informative manner.
The tour provided a decent introduction to downtown Edmonton and assisted us in navigating the area later. However, it lacked depth; our guide seemed unfamiliar with basic details about the city and its monuments. While the guide was a nice young man, he didn't convey the passion for Edmonton that the tour description promised, making the experience feel somewhat underwhelming.
I highly recommend this walking tour in Edmonton. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, making for an excellent experience. We gained a lot of insight into the city.
I appreciate the wonderful experience I had while exploring Downtown Edmonton. The walk was both informative and at a comfortable pace.
This walking tour of Edmonton was outstanding. We gained significant insights into the city and its history. Our guide Hailey was very knowledgeable and maintained a perfect pace throughout the tour. She answered all our questions and offered excellent recommendations for other activities in Edmonton. I highly suggest participating in this tour.
I spent a few days in Edmonton in April 2026 and found that a guided walking tour was the best way to explore the city, which I appreciated for its leisurely pace. The meeting point instructions were very clear, and I easily recognized the guide upon arrival. We embarked on our city walk, learning about various landmarks and points of interest along the route. There were plenty of chances to ask questions, and I appreciated the guide's patience with some of my more unusual inquiries. With a small group, we even took a break at Fawkes coffee before continuing our journey. The tour covered not just downtown but also the Ice District, the Parliamentary District, and the river area, eventually returning to our starting point. While I enjoyed the experience, I felt a bit disappointed that I missed the summer scenery with the vibrant leaves and fountains. I would recommend this tour to summer visitors, but it is also enjoyable in late spring, as I experienced. Since this is a gratuity-based tour, consider the initial price as an administrative fee and feel encouraged to tip based on your satisfaction. I found it to be excellent, and I believe you will too. Just a tip: check the weather forecast before heading out and dress appropriately.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, offering a fascinating and informative tour of Edmonton. It was truly an excellent experience.
The walking tour provided an excellent overview of the city. Our guide, Hailey, demonstrated impressive knowledge and was able to address all our questions. She was a delight to spend those three hours with.
