Tinna, our guide, was fantastic. Although it was a lengthy two-hour drive from the port, it was completely worth it to visit Diamond Beach and Glacier Lagoon.
Our experience on the bus with license plate FN R23 to Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon on September 15, 2025, was appalling. The bus was dirty and smelled like smoke, with old, unpleasant upholstery. The ash trays were overflowing with debris, and there was no wifi or footrests available. The window sills were grimy, the windows themselves were filthy, and water dripped from the leaky windows onto us. We ended up with sore, scratchy throats from the poor air quality inside that bus. Tanni Travel needs to do better.
