This tour was excellently organized, starting with a prompt pickup at the harbor. The minivan was comfortable, the driver was exceptional, and we appreciated the convenient breaks. We felt well cared for at the lagoon and Diamond Beach. I would highly recommend it.
The destinations were as wonderful as expected, but the tour itself fell short. We were packed into a cramped car with another couple, making the journey uncomfortable due to limited space. There was no WiFi available. The driver spoke mainly Spanish and had minimal English skills, relying on a recorded narration about Iceland without being able to answer our questions. Although the company had a minivan, it was used for different groups on shorter excursions. I would only consider this tour again if it involved the minivan and an English-speaking guide with knowledge about Iceland.
