Pickup may be arranged from hotels located in the city center or designated points within city limits. An additional fee will apply if the pickup location is outside these central areas, based on the distance.

• Morning pickup will be provided for a tour of Dharamshala, accompanied by a guide for the day. First, visit McLeodGanj, referred to as ‘Little Lhasa’. This area serves as the base for the Tibetan government-in-exile and the residence of the Dalai Lama. Stroll through the town and see the main temple where the Dalai Lama meets visitors when in residence. Additionally, view the Dalai Lama's residence. Explore the nearby market, known for its Tibetan handicrafts. Next, proceed to the Church of St. John in the Wilderness, an attractive neo-gothic church established in 1852, featuring exquisite stained glass windows from Belgium. The burial site of a British India Viceroy, Lord Elgin, is located in the church grounds. • Following this, enjoy a walk around Dal Lake, a scenic spot enclosed by Deodar forests, with a nearby Hindu temple dedicated to Durveshwar Mahadev. Visit the Tibetan Children's Village, a charitable organization that supports orphans and young Tibetan refugees. The village focuses on providing quality modern education alongside an introduction to the traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. • After the morning activities, your guide will take you to a local restaurant for lunch (at your own cost). After lunch, visit the Norbulingka Institute, dedicated to conserving traditional Tibetan art, which includes an exhibition area where artisans can be seen at work. The tour concludes with a return drop-off at your hotel.
