I was thrilled to discover this walking tour. It provided an excellent introduction to Detroit during my first visit to the Motor City. The tour was very easy to follow, and the narrator had a delightful voice. I would give it a perfect score.
The information was easy to grasp, and the directions were clear. Having the option to pause and spend more time at specific stops was a great feature.
The directions were straightforward, and I got to see some great highlights of Detroit. It was ideal to have the option to “pause” the tour and spend time at each location. I'm considering a tour in my hometown to see what it includes.
This smartphone tour offered an excellent introduction to Detroit, providing valuable insights into the key features of downtown. We were able to complete it in a shorter timeframe due to time constraints. I would highly recommend it.
As someone who isn't very tech-savvy, I found the numerous app downloads challenging. However, once I managed to download everything, the tour was enjoyable.
This tour was ideal for gaining a quick historical overview of the city in less than an hour. It is absolutely worth the time and money.
The tour was straightforward to access, and the "map" feature facilitated orientation. It was great that you could pause to spend extra time or take breaks for shopping or coffee. Even with the marathon preparations, we managed to visit all the stops without any issues. I will surely look into Walkntours for my future travels.
Detroit is experiencing a wonderful revival. Although it doesn’t cover everything in depth, this walking tour effectively showcases several key highlights.
This walking tour was ideal for us as first-time visitors to Detroit. Staying at the hotel Fort Pontchartrain made the location convenient. We enjoyed starting with Buddy’s pizza and appreciated being able to pause the audio, allowing us to fully experience each site and revisit any missed details. The tour content and narrator were engaging. I would strongly recommend this tour, especially since our in-person one was canceled due to weather. It was much simpler than trying to keep up with a group. I’m thankful for this option during our Thanksgiving trip.
Straightforward and enjoyable. Without this, we would have wasted our time trying to get around.
