The boat left without us due to a lack of address numbers and unclear directions, which led to multiple docks. We arrived right at 12, but the boat had already departed. When we contacted a representative about getting back at least half of our payment, they refused and instead wanted to charge an additional $150 to return the next day. After already paying $300, this was extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this company, as they show no respect or willingness to negotiate. That was my experience.
Capt. Justin and Christian were fantastic! They made my birthday celebration even more special. We swam with manatees and had an amazing front row experience watching dolphins. Capt. Justin also provided my husband with some excellent fishing tips. Thank you both!
We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. The water was extremely clear and quite cold, but we warmed up quickly. It wasn’t overly crowded, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating for our children.

We had a wonderful and budget-friendly experience with a very amiable captain and crew. Although it rained and we returned early, the captain assured us he would accommodate us for a future outing. Despite the weather, we enjoyed a unique and fun time, and I plan to book again for my bachelorette party. We are looking forward to those tequila shots, and I'm sorry we couldn't return this Sunday as originally planned. I hope you remember us for next time.
