We joined the JFK Assassination tour that included the JFK Museum and Oswald’s Rooming House. Our guide, Dan, demonstrated a deep passion for JFK and has dedicated his life to studying the assassination. You'll gain a wealth of knowledge from this tour. If you have Dan as your guide, you won't be let down. It was a fantastic experience.
Our guide, Dan, was punctual at the meeting point and immediately started sharing an engaging flow of information about Kennedy, Oswald, and the assassination. He provided fascinating details we hadn’t encountered before, bringing history to life. We traced Oswald's escape route from the Book Depository to where he shot Officer Tippit, which was new to us. Other intriguing facts emerged as well, including a visit inside the boarding house where Oswald lived before the assassination. We drove the path Kennedy took to Dealey Plaza and had the opportunity to explore the grassy knoll, allowing us to form our own opinions on various longstanding theories. Dan's extensive knowledge of the area and subject, combined with his passion for history, made him an outstanding guide. After his informative presentation, he took us to the Book Depository, with entry tickets included in the tour cost, which made it well worth it. He dropped us off around 1 p.m., but we stayed at the museum until nearly 4 p.m., as there was so much to see and absorb. I highly recommend this tour, and if you're fortunate enough to have Dan as your guide, you'll have a remarkable experience.

One minor letdown was that we didn't pause for photos at key sites, such as 214 W Neely St, where LHO resided with Marina, or the location where Oswald shot the police officer. We also passed the movie theater without stopping, which may have been due to time constraints.
