This experience is absolutely essential while visiting Dallas. The views are fantastic, there’s no time restriction, and there’s so much to explore. It's a must-do activity.
I had to rebook my reservation, but TripAdvisor didn't respond and just kept my money. I recommend going directly to the Geo Deck for a Dallas City Pass instead, as you can save more and have a better experience.
I lost my booking money because when I arrived after dealing with traffic, I was not permitted to enter the tower. I would not recommend booking online.

It was extremely crowded and quite disappointing. Once we reached the top of the tower, we had to wait in line for the elevators to go back down.
My family and I enjoyed a fantastic time at the Dallas Reunion Tower. Despite the overcast skies, we were treated to great views from the GeO-Deck Observation. We visited on a Sunday afternoon when it was mostly empty, with no large crowds. The staff were exceptional, particularly Mr. Torrey, who was welcoming and friendly. If you find yourself in Dallas, I strongly suggest checking out the Reunion Tower.
