I had a terrible experience. My original booking was on 10/16, and due to rain, some of my group arrived late. Although it was storming, they refused to let me cancel but offered a reschedule. When I later tried to cancel that new reservation a week before, I was informed that rescheduling eliminated my cancellation option. The policy I read stated cancellations were allowed up to 48 hours prior, but they didn't clarify that rescheduling changed that. Be cautious if weather issues or emergencies arise; they won't issue refunds.
