Reviews
I cannot endorse this tour. The ticket price is excessive compared to the value received, making the overall experience feel lacking. While our guide was humorous and competent, the tour itself was only mediocre and not worth the cost or expectations. Additionally, when a member of our group missed out due to a flight cancellation from weather issues, the company showed no flexibility or empathy. They provided only a partial concession, which still required additional payment on our part, making it seem unjust in light of the situation. If you are thinking about this tour, keep in mind that although the guide might be entertaining, the overall experience is overpriced, and the customer service is disappointing. You can find better options to spend your money and time in Dallas.
I cannot recommend this tour. The ticket cost is excessively high compared to the experience, which felt undervalued. Although our guide was humorous and did well, the tour itself was merely average and didn't justify the price or expectations. Additionally, when a member of our group was unable to attend due to a flight cancellation caused by weather, the company showed little sympathy and would only provide a partial concession that still required extra payment, which seemed unreasonable given the situation. If you're contemplating this tour, keep in mind that while the guide might be entertaining, the overall experience is overpriced and the customer service is lacking. There are far better ways to utilize your time and money in Dallas.
The tour was wonderful, and our guide Issac provided a wealth of information. His knowledge about Dallas was impressive and educational. Since we were only 8 when JFK died, it felt particularly interesting. I highly recommend Issac for his guiding skills and excellent driving.
The stadium tour provided a wealth of information as we explored the entire facility, including the locker rooms of both the Cowboys and the cheerleaders. The only drawback was that the field didn't resemble the typical NFL setup due to a soccer game the prior weekend, but overall, it was an excellent experience. The Dallas portion of the tour was equally enjoyable, thanks to our knowledgeable guide, William. We visited some suburbs and the site of JFK's assassination, which sparked renewed interest in its historical context.
Dress in comfy clothes and shoes for getting in and out of the van. It's wise to have a light meal beforehand or pack snacks to bridge the gap between the Stadium and city tours. As someone nearing 60, I think a smaller bus would have made it easier for everyone to exit and enter without climbing over each other, plus it would provide better views of the city. A one-hour stop at the market would also enhance the experience.
Tim, our guide, was fantastic and full of knowledge. We explored famous Dallas neighborhoods and JFK's final route. The farmers market offered a pleasant experience for local shopping. AT&T Stadium was impressive, and walking on the field was a highlight. Overall, it was a fun tour.
I thoroughly enjoyed discovering the history of Dallas. The only drawback, which may have been my own oversight, was regarding the JFK tour. I had assumed I specifically purchased tickets for that part based on the links promoting the tour.
The Dallas Stadium tour in the morning was incredible, but the highlight was our afternoon guide, Issac. He was not only personable and knowledgeable but also remembered everyone's names. He provided great tips for exploring Dallas and was simply wonderful. Highly recommend getting Issac as your guide. Thank you!
We had a tour with Tracy, who was both knowledgeable and helpful. The tour was punctual and quite comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.
The day was enjoyable and packed with useful information. Be sure to bring snacks and drinks. Our guide was well-versed in Dallas and provided great insights throughout the tour.
