Captain Todd came to my rescue today! Although I wasn’t on this tour, I was kayaking alone in a borrowed boat that began to sink. I was panicking, but he recognized I needed assistance and came to help. I’m incredibly grateful for his support and will always remember this experience. I highly recommend this company and Captain Todd. I apologize for interrupting the tour at the end, but the three nurses were very kind, and everyone helped soothe my nerves. Captain Todd and Mermaid Amanda were fantastic. We took the 6:30 am tour and were among the first boats to arrive, allowing us to quickly get into the water with the manatees. Captain Todd had all the right tools to ensure we spotted them, and we enjoyed a wonderful morning swimming alongside several manatees. It was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend it.
We have just come back from an amazing swim with the manatees. Although there were only a few in the area, we managed to float near them and cherish this incredible experience. Crystal Lynn and Captain Pippy were very welcoming and understanding when my youngest felt uneasy. She was able to return to the boat but still make the most of the outing. I definitely recommend this.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Our trip was well-organized, with ample dry wetsuits, changing rooms, and two showers available. Jay and Captain Todd shared their extensive knowledge about manatees and the Crystal River. The hot chocolate served on board was a nice touch. We spotted three manatees, including a mother and calf in the lagoon, which was a remarkable sight, along with some vibrant fish. The boat was comfortably warm. We had a fantastic time on the tour, particularly enjoying the three springs. Captain Chris and our guide Crystal Lee were exceptional. We saw numerous manatees and various fish at the springs. Captain Chris also provided Manatee Mocha, along with coffee and hot cocoa. Booking with this captain and guide is a must.
This operation exceeded our expectations with its attentive and friendly service. After check-in, we watched a brief safety video before being transported to the boat. Although it was late in the season, we quickly encountered a manatee and had a wonderful time in a clear spring, where we could see various fish. The crew was exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Additionally, there were private showers available for those not staying locally, which was a nice touch.
The experience didn't fully impress us, despite having an excellent guide and skipper. We were let down by the scarcity of Manatees in the waters we visited and were disappointed with our positioning on the semi-private tour. It was evident that the private tour participants received priority in terms of access and viewing opportunities.
