This was truly the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. I would do it repeatedly without hesitation. As someone who is larger, I almost canceled a few times, but I’m so glad I didn’t— it was fantastic! I plan to return in the winter for more. We also met Patches, a very pregnant and hungry lady, whom I absolutely adore.
We had a wonderful time. Captain Brody and guide Aubrey were fantastic. I enjoyed snorkeling while my wife relaxed on the boat; we both really enjoyed the experience.
This was truly amazing! Our guide Eli was very knowledgeable and assisted us in locating the manatee, allowing us to observe her for some time. Captain Monte added to the fun with plenty of laughter, making it a fantastic experience.
Eli was an excellent guide, providing great information and assistance to everyone. This was the best experience I've had in years, and the photos turned out stunning. I highly recommend this tour with Eli and Ryan.
I enjoyed two whole hours in the water with the manatees, and it was an incredible experience. The boat captain was very friendly and supportive throughout.
I'm pleased we selected this company for our tour. It was just the two of us, which made it even better. Kaitlyn was a gentle and experienced guide, while Captain Jason excelled at finding the manatees. One warning: if you have joint issues like EDS, RA, OA, or lupus, it's best to avoid this as the wet suits are buoyant and can gently bend you backwards into a slight U shape. I don’t usually have back problems, but I do feel some soreness today. With that in mind, I would absolutely consider doing this again.
My girlfriend and I had an amazing time! Jacob, our driver, was fantastic. Shelby, our guide, and Captain Jason were both hilarious and very supportive. We truly enjoyed the experience and would love to come back!
Swimming with Mama and baby Manatee was a bucket list achievement for me. I took my middle school grandchildren on a long weekend trip, and it was a fantastic experience! The team was fun, professional, and knowledgeable, ensuring that everyone had an amazing time. They dedicated time to provide us with a wonderful manatee encounter. Crystallynn truly stood out as the best! I highly recommend this experience.
The tour guide and boat captain were very knowledgeable about the area and manatees, but we were not informed that the water would be murky brown, making it difficult to see the manatees. My son and granddaughter traveled from Hawaii hoping to see them clearly, yet all they could make out were vague shapes. The website's photos show crystal clear water, which was not the case during our visit. My own pictures from the boat were clearer than what my family could see in the water. I understand the hurricanes affected the area's water quality, but it would have been helpful to communicate that to potential visitors. Overall, I feel our money was not well spent.
We truly enjoyed our outing, even though we didn't spot as many manatees as we anticipated. Our captain, Ryan, and guide, Eli, ensured our young children were comfortable with their gear and in the water. Eli managed to get both kids up close with a manatee for an intimate view. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
