Two hours in clear kayaks — explore Three Sisters Springs and wildlife, with potential sightings of manatees and more.
This guided eco-tour lasts around two hours and takes you through the clear waters of Three Sisters Springs. You'll paddle in clear kayaks, allowing for an unobstructed view of the abundant freshwater springs and the local wildlife. Look out for manatees, dolphins, pelicans, and more as you navigate the scenic waterways.
Participants must be at least 3 years old. Keep in mind that if conditions such as high winds prevent access to Kings Bay, alternative springs will be explored or the tour may be canceled—offering the chance to reschedule instead. Notably, swimming is not permitted on this tour; if you're interested in swimming, consider booking a separate guided swim tour.

Our clear kayak tour was fantastic! We participated at the end of April, aware that manatee sightings were unlikely, but our guide diligently searched and successfully found a mother and her calf for us to see. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. Kayaking into 3 Sister Springs at the end of the season was a beautiful addition to our experience. Many thanks to our guide!
Seeing manatees in their natural environment was a fascinating experience. We visited in late April, so the number of manatees was lower than in colder months. Although we spotted a few, the water clarity wasn't ideal. My main issue was the excessive number of tour groups; whenever we encountered a manatee, there were three other tours nearby. It's important to find a balance between wildlife encounters and not overwhelming the animals.
Be sure to apply plenty of sunscreen. The guides were fantastic, and we were lucky enough to spot nearly 14 manatees, which isn't common. The swim in the springs later in the tour was definitely a highlight, so I recommend going for it and bringing a change of clothes and a towel.
The guide provided us with a lot of useful information, and the scenery was stunning. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this company to others.
The clear kayaking tour was excellent. We were lucky to spot manatees despite it being out of season. Our guide, Jas, was attentive to everyone and had a friendly, knowledgeable demeanor.
The excursion was enjoyable, with nine participants in total. Jax served as an outstanding guide, locating Manatees that are beginning to migrate to cooler waters this season. For a better chance to see more Manatees, the ideal time to visit is from November to March. The 3 Liters Springs were impressive. I was caught off guard by the $7.50 per person launch fee.
The guide was fantastic and had a deep knowledge of the wildlife and local area. While there’s no assurance of spotting manatees, we were thrilled to see several, including a baby! The springs were beautifully clear, and we enjoyed dipping our toes in. I highly recommend this experience.
We had a fantastic time on the clear kayak tour at Crystal River. Our guide, Kyle with a Smile, was engaging and made the experience enjoyable. We spotted manatees, turtles, fish, and even a gator. I highly recommend this tour!
I was really let down by this tour. The advertisement gave the impression that we would see manatees at Three Sisters Springs in Clearwater, but the guides were aware beforehand that there were none there. Instead, they showed us one random manatee near the starting port. To be honest, I could have rented a kayak and done the same thing for much less than the $80 per person fee. The experience was not at all what was advertised, and it felt deceptive. I cannot recommend this tour if you're hoping to see manatees at Three Sisters Springs.
I had a wonderful experience on the water with Kyle. He is friendly, enthusiastic, and easy to talk to, possessing extensive knowledge about the local wildlife and waterways. The duration of the trip was just right.
