It was an incredible experience. We really enjoyed our time with the manatees, and my husband even received a rare hug from one of them. Our guides were attentive and took excellent care of us. Since we're not strong swimmers, we relied on Derrick, if I remember his name correctly. I highly recommend this small group tour and we definitely plan to return and use their services again.

Choosing a locally guided tour was definitely advantageous. Josh and Jennifer were skilled at navigating both the waters and the Manatees. We encountered five different mother and baby groups, as well as some attentive males. Jennifer made sure we all had an intimate experience with the Manatees in the water.
We truly enjoyed ourselves. Although it rained throughout the trip, it did not prevent us from having a great time.
Despite the limited visibility due to the manatees stirring up sediment while feeding, Josh and Derek successfully guided us to a mother and calf that welcomed our presence. Any disappointment in not capturing the perfect photo faded away as we watched these magnificent creatures appear like apparitions from the darkness. Their poor eyesight connected us on a unique level. "Amazing" doesn’t fully capture the experience. Both guides generously shared their enthusiasm and knowledge about manatees and the region, where their family has resided for generations. Thank you for an unforgettable experience on Crystal River.
Jessica and Josh were excellent guides, bringing us close to multiple manatees and providing us with fascinating information about them. They were also very accommodating with the equipment. Their kindness and fun demeanor made the experience even better. We strongly recommend this tour!
We took part in the swimming with the manatee tour. Although I don't swim and planned to stay on the boat, Captain Tommy engaged with me, sharing his insights as a lifelong resident. He ensured I had a great time even from the boat. Tour guide Steph was very knowledgeable and addressed all our questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience both in the water and on the boat.
We really enjoyed our experience! Shortly after getting on the water, we spotted a mother and her baby, and we also saw another female feeding close to the springs. Everything went perfectly. Our guides, Josh and Jessica, were fantastic!
The guides were fantastic. Stephanie provided a wealth of knowledge and addressed all of our inquiries. We were able to get really close to three manatees. Following that, we enjoyed a cruise around the bay where we spotted alligators and osprey nests.
