• Infants and young children are permitted to use a pram or stroller. • Nearby public transportation options are accessible. • Infants must sit on an adult's lap during the activity. • All levels of physical fitness are welcome. • Hotel pick-up and drop-off is available upon request, but there is no pick-up service from Puerto de la Cruz or the northern part of the island. Pick-up can be arranged in the southern region of Tenerife and should be requested at least 24 hours prior to departure. • Children must be accompanied by an adult. • A vegetarian option can be provided; please indicate if this is needed at the time of booking. • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated as long as the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist with boarding and disembarking. • Life vests are available for all participants. • While sightings of cetaceans and other wildlife are quite frequent, they cannot be guaranteed.

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the planned departure time.

Pickup can be arranged upon request from hotels located in Golf del Sur, Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Adeje, Playa Paraiso, Callao Salvaje, and Alcalá. The pickup times can range from 20 minutes to 1 hour prior to the scheduled sailing. You will receive a prompt response with the confirmed pickup time after submitting your request.
