We made our reservation ahead of time and prepared for an early departure the next morning. Unfortunately, it rained with lightning, preventing us from going out. We received a refund for our tickets, which was disappointing. However, all the tour guides were friendly and accommodating. If we return to Colorado, we will definitely consider this again.
