Ethan assisted us in selecting an excellent ride on Rampart Ridge Road, while Nicole provided outstanding service with the e-bike drop-off and pick-up. The quality of the e-bikes was exceptional, and the views were amazing.
Ethan was excellent to work with. He pinpointed our meeting location and arrived prepared with everything necessary. He allowed us to test the bikes to get comfortable, and once we were ready, he provided a map and his contact number for any issues during our journey. We rode along Gold Camp Road, and the four-hour trip was without any problems, offering stunning scenery and incredible views. I would absolutely do this again.
This was an enjoyable bike adventure! The experience was definitely worth the cost and provided a fantastic opportunity to explore the Colorado wilderness. Thank you.
The ride was enjoyable with excellent communication and stunning views. We would happily do it again. The journey begins on pavement and shifts to a trail essentially the width of a dirt road. While there are loose gravel and washboard sections, it remains quite easy. One tunnel is closed due to a collapse, but if you opt to go beyond that, expect a more technical single-track climb and descent, including a creek crossing that leads to wider dirt trails. If you have extra time, the reserve near the starting point is also fun to explore.
I highly recommend this experience. Our guide, Ethan, was fantastic—he waited patiently for us, despite having other appointments. He took the time to explain everything before we set off on a breathtaking ride. I’d give him 100 stars if I could.
The staff at Rocke Mountain Bike were wonderful. From my initial reservation call, the customer service was excellent, catering to our group's requirements and arranging for a guide. Nicole, I appreciate your patience in answering our questions and collaborating with us. Ethan, thank you for an enjoyable ride, maintaining our pace, showing us the waterfall, offering riding safety tips, and being an all-around friendly person.
The bike rental experience was fantastic. The communication and assistance were top-notch. We rented for four hours, exploring trails, parks, and roads, which allowed us to avoid traffic jams. The bikes made it easy to see the sights without interruptions. Using the free All Trails app, along with Ethan's recommendations, enhanced our adventure. This business deserves your support for their professionalism and expertise.
Ethan was exceptional and made sure we had an enjoyable adventure. I highly recommend this experience. The scenery was stunning, and we had a great time both on and off the road, riding through tunnels and spotting wildlife.
This was one of the best adventure tours I've ever experienced, all thanks to Ethan, the owner. He promptly addressed all my questions and provided excellent recommendations. My family, including my husband, coach, and three teenage boys, were in Colorado Springs for a weightlifting competition and discovered the remarkable self-guided tour along Gold Camp Road. The views of the canyon and mountains were stunning, and the experience felt private with hours of solitude. We rented for four hours, but I wish we had gone for eight to explore deeper into the mountains and reach the lake. Thank you, Ethan, for such an epic adventure!
Fantastic tour! Ethan was an excellent guide, and we all had a wonderful time. There were many laughs throughout, and I would definitely recommend it.
