Levi served as our excellent guide. Traveling as two couples, we found his comfortable car and personable nature to be perfect. His knowledge of Panama and its people was impressive. We were fortunate to arrive at the Miraflores Lock visitor center just in time to watch two cruise ships transit through the lock. Overall, we had a wonderful day.
The guide provided an excellent experience, being very informative and attentive to our needs. However, we found the price to be quite steep in comparison to other options. While we enjoyed the excursion, a taxi would have offered a more affordable alternative.
The experience at the Canal was enjoyable, as our guide ensured we saw a ship transit through it, which was fascinating. However, we lacked sufficient time to watch the Imax movie and visit a museum or explore more of the city. We also got a bit lost on the way and needed to stop for gas. Overall, this tour did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from previous tours, which have all been excellent.

Levi was an excellent guide during our day in Panama City while we were on a cruise. He picked us up from the Colon port in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle, and his English was flawless. The itinerary was perfectly planned; we admired stunning views from the harbor and the Bridge of the Americas. A walking tour of Casco Viejo revealed hidden treasures, including the Iglesia de San Jose with its impressive nativity scene. Our traditional Panamanian lunch featured beautifully presented and delicious food. We also visited a shop making exquisite Panama hats, which included a look at a VIP area showcasing a $35K hat made over a year. At the Miraflores Locks visitor center, Levi provided tickets for a fascinating 40-minute Imax documentary narrated by Morgan Freeman. We saw ships navigating the locks from a stadium viewpoint, where an announcer detailed what we were observing. Levi ensured we had ample time to return to our ship. Overall, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and insightful about Panamanian culture, history, and architecture. This tour offered everything, and we highly recommend requesting Levi as your tour guide.

This experience felt like a scam. I wasn't picked up despite claims that the driver was on-site. There's no service provided, and I plan to take legal action. They took 500€ for nothing.
Make sure to request Gonzo as your guide. He is an exceptional guide - well-organized, friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. He really went the extra mile to ensure this was the best excursion we've ever experienced.
