Due to construction in Yellowstone, we arrived in Cody too late to catch the trolley ride. There was also no cell service available to reach the vendor. As a result, we lost the cost of the ride and would like to know if a partial refund is possible.

During my stay at the Ponderosa Campground, the Trolley team came to pick up me and my dog, which saved me the trouble of driving. The entire tour was both informative and pleasurable. It includes visits to the stunning dam and reservoir, along with various local sites. I highly recommend this experience to gain insight into this charming town rich with history.

The rain really affected our experience, making it hard to see and causing the interior to fog up. We couldn't take any photos. The tour focused on downtown areas and felt redundant at times. There were a few interesting stories about Buffalo Bill and Annie Oakley, but overall, we found the guides unappealing. We felt it wasn't worth the time, though perhaps a nice day could have improved the experience.
