This tour provided a fantastic overview of Cleveland's highlights in two hours, featuring brief stops at the script CLE sign, Heinen's, and the Arcade. Diane skillfully guided us from our rental in Gordon Square to University Circle and various locations along the way. It was exactly what I needed for my friends visiting from out of state. Diane’s insights enhanced my own understanding of the city. I highly recommend it.
Attending an annual conference, my wife and I found Cleveland to be a great first-time destination. We particularly enjoyed the Cleveland Symphony and the Cleveland Art Museum, both of which were outstanding. Sports enthusiasts and rock music fans will also find plenty to enjoy. Additionally, Mabel's barbecue was exceptional.
For anyone visiting Cleveland, this tour is an essential starting point. Steve is fantastic and possesses an extensive knowledge of the city. We explored various neighborhoods, discovering their histories, activities, and dining options. This tour enhanced our overall experience in Cleveland, revealing spots we never knew about.
Having never visited Cleveland before, we found Steve's tour to be outstanding. He customized it to suit our interests and demonstrated extensive knowledge about different neighborhoods and landmarks. We highly recommend this tour for newcomers to Cleveland or those who want to gain a deeper understanding of the city during a short stay.
We had a private tour with Steve this morning and were very impressed with the wealth of information he provided. As a native of Ohio, he first inquired about our interests, whether history, culture, sports, or dining, and tailored the tour accordingly. We explored downtown, admiring the stunning 1900s architecture and older factory buildings that have been repurposed into apartments and restaurants, reflecting the city’s progress with new housing developments nearby. Then, we ventured to the west side, known for its educational, medical, and cultural landmarks. We saw magnificent historic mansions donated to local universities and the Cleveland Clinic. We also enjoyed a scenic drive along Lake Erie on the east side and through a cemetery on the west side where notable figures like Rockefeller and President Garfield are interred. Cleveland boasts many green spaces with gardens celebrating its diverse ethnic communities. Thanks to Steve for highlighting the beauty of Cleveland, showing us that it has much more to offer than just its Rock and Roll legacy.
Steve, our tour guide, customized the experience to match our interests. He was incredibly insightful, sharing extensive knowledge about Cleveland's culture and history.
Diane was warm and incredibly well-informed about the city. The tour and itinerary allowed us to experience the main attractions along with some extra sites. She also catered to our specific requests.
An excellent tour overall. Steve collected us and provided a fantastic overview of the city's history along with its various neighborhoods. It was both enjoyable and educational. A great way to experience many parts of the city in just a morning. Highly recommended.
Our time on the Best of CLE Tour in Cleveland was outstanding. Despite running late due to a delayed breakfast at the InterContinental, our guide, Steve, was incredibly understanding and patient. He not only waited for us but also engaged in conversation while we finished. His warmth and professionalism set a positive tone for our two-hour tour. On a chilly day, we appreciated the car-based format since we were in town for surgery. Steve was very accommodating, even taking us to a delightful pastry shop, which was a lovely surprise. He truly embodied Cleveland's spirit—warm, welcoming, and proud. My son enjoyed discussing NFL teams with him, especially the Browns’ upcoming game. Steve's enthusiasm for the city, despite the cold December weather, might just convince me to return in the summer! Thank you, Steve, for an exceptional experience, and I'm sorry for the delay in sharing this feedback. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cleveland.
This was a wonderful tour that covered all the fascinating spots. Diane was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We opted for a driving tour instead of walking, and she was more than happy to accommodate us.
