The driver arrived on time and communicated effectively, which were the only positives of the experience. However, the vehicle was completely different from what was advertised. It appeared to be an old gray sedan that was in terrible condition, with duct tape holding parts together and rips in the interior. The driver was friendly, but there were concerns about his sobriety, and he nearly collided with a police officer at the airport. My sister and I were quite anxious throughout this experience and I do not recommend it.
