Cleveland's captivating history came alive through intriguing stories about its past residents, some of whom seem to still roam the streets today. Tanya and her assistant formed an excellent duo as they explored the local folklore while guiding us through the bustling downtown. There's so much to uncover, and I'd be eager to return.
The tour was canceled just three hours before it was supposed to start, and I received no explanation. I did get a refund, but it was very disappointing.
Whenever we explore a new city, we make it a point to take ghost tours as they provide insight into the area's history. Our guide, Michelle, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Due to having a dog in a carriage, we needed to stay behind at times, but she ensured we could hear her and remained with the group. She even sent a text in advance with her location and attire, making it easy to find her. After the tour, she took the time to respond to my messages about some pictures I wanted her to see from the cemetery. Cleveland has a rich history, and I highly recommend requesting Michelle for a ghost tour.
I had a wonderful time on this experience. Michele was an excellent guide and storyteller, enhancing the overall enjoyment. I appreciated seeing various parts of downtown Cleveland and learning about its history along with some ghost tales.

I joined the tour on December 27 at 8 PM and, while I usually avoid leaving negative feedback, the guide (whose name I can't recall) was unfortunately lacking. She seemed to forget key details during the tour, which was quite frustrating considering we paid for this experience. Her constant complaints about the cold while only wearing a hoodie suggested she wasn't adequately prepared for a ghost tour in Cleveland. I believe the experience could be great under different circumstances, so I would be willing to try again with a more knowledgeable guide.

I will be recommending this tour to friends and family, as it surpassed other ghost tours we've taken in larger cities.
