Reviews
Our first time exploring Little Italy and downtown Cleveland was unforgettable. We tried a tour recommended by Trip Advisor, and it exceeded our expectations. Despite the bad weather, the experience was fantastic. Carol, our guide, had extensive knowledge about Cleveland's history and immigrant contributions to Little Italy. The food tastings were incredible, especially the meatball from La Dolche Vita, which was delicious and practically melted in my mouth. You definitely won't leave this tour feeling hungry. I would highly recommend it and am eager to explore other Italian restaurants in Cleveland that I didn't know existed since moving from Northern Virginia two years ago.
The tour guide exhibited a strong passion and deep knowledge of Little Italy and the various stops we made. We enjoyed a lot of delicious food that left us all satisfied.
I enjoy food tours when exploring new cities, but this one fell a bit short. Unlike previous tours where we sampled dishes from around five restaurants, the Cleveland Little Italy tour only featured three locations, with most food served at La Vita Dolce. Unfortunately, I found the dishes overwhelmingly salty and nearly inedible. Although the portions were generous, the guide was knowledgeable and friendly, her soft voice made it difficult to hear her at times.
The tour was a delightful experience, filled with fascinating historical insights, and the food was outstanding. By the end, we felt completely satisfied and full.
This was an excellent opportunity to explore Little Italy. It offered a mix of history and delicious food as we visited various local spots.
The only downside was the weather; one member of our group uses a wheelchair, and the sidewalks were challenging due to the previous night's snow and the cold. However, our guide maintained a fantastic attitude, turning a tough situation into a positive experience. She was both knowledgeable and entertaining, which really enhanced the day. The sights and food were excellent, truly capturing the essence of Little Italy. If you're not familiar with the area, this experience is worth the price.
It was an ideal day with a fantastic group of eight, where we enjoyed entertaining history alongside delicious food. I couldn't have asked for more. A perfect combination of everything enjoyable for a lovely day.
I was highly disappointed with my experience. The description of the events was unclear, and I believe walking tours may not be suitable for seniors. It's best to avoid booking through a third party.
The tour was enjoyable with a friendly and knowledgeable guide, delicious food, and it lasted just the right amount of time. It made for a perfect fall date on a Sunday afternoon.
A fantastic opportunity to explore and understand Little Italy in Cleveland, Ohio. The Italian cuisine was superb. Barbara provided excellent insights about both the city and the neighborhood.
