The hosts were entertaining, but I recommend arriving early to secure a good window seat for the best views. We ended up in the aisle and I frequently had to stand and move around to see properly. Just a helpful tip if you're focused on the scenery.

The trip was extremely disappointing. There was no narration to enhance our experience, making it feel like just a ride on any river. A few comments would have been enough. Additionally, the bar had a very limited selection, and my drink came with flat tonic water. After returning it, the bartender was nice but served me a warm drink without ice. Although charcuterie boards were advertised for purchase, they were never brought on board. Overall, it was a letdown. We had previously traveled with this group and were very pleased, so we felt embarrassed recommending them to our friends. The tour also ended before we could fully enjoy the sunset, as the captain returned the boat too early. I had hoped to see sunsets like those in the promotional pictures.
We would have reconsidered booking this boat trip had we known how noisy it would be. The music was nearly drowned out, which we found enjoyable, but we missed the tranquility and insights about the islands from the captain that we had experienced on previous trips from Kingston.
