The flying duration was far too brief to allow for self-flying. An instructor remained in the air tube, constantly guiding you by touching you.
Having visited iFly for the second time, I was pleasantly surprised that it surpassed my first experience. Kaili Edgar was not only skilled and professional but also enjoyable to talk with beyond just flying topics. If you're seeking a fun activity, iFly is a great choice, and I highly recommend requesting Kaili.
This experience did not justify the cost. We were charged an additional $40 upon arrival for just 2 minutes of activity at $220. The staff member who checked us in expressed frustration about our third-party ticket purchase, claiming it complicates things for them. We were also crowded into the tunnel with 13 other people, making it uncomfortable since everyone could see each other. I recommend opting for real skydiving instead, as it offers much more enjoyment.
Nathan was our instructor and he did a fantastic job with my 10-year-old daughter. She had an incredible time and is eager to return! Thank you, Nathan, for such a wonderful experience.
We had Nathan as our instructor, and he's the main reason I'm writing this review. Honestly, few people share their experiences unless they are really impressed or disappointed. The facility was nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, though it felt like iFly was eager to upsell almost everything. That said, the upsell options were quite worthwhile. The high fly experience is enjoyable, and the photos and videos allow for great sharing with friends and family. However, the standout for me was Nathan. He demonstrated exceptional communication skills, balancing positive reinforcement with constructive feedback when necessary—an invaluable ability, especially for teaching beginners. I observed him adapting his coaching style for each group member in the noisy wind tunnel, and he was fantastic with my 6-year-old. I’m definitely returning and have likely discovered a new passion, thanks to Nathan, with a bit of influence from the sheer awesomeness of indoor skydiving. To put it simply, Nathan is that much cooler than indoor skydiving itself.
The wind tunnel experience was a lot of fun! The instructors were excellent. I’m giving it four stars because the photo voucher didn’t work when we tried to get our pictures.

I had a truly incredible experience at iFLY Cincinnati, making it one of the greatest adventures I've ever enjoyed. From the start, I felt safe and well supported; instructor Chris provided clear explanations and made the process very accessible, especially for a first-timer. The staff was not only friendly but also motivating and professional, contributing to a lively and positive atmosphere. Their passion for what they do was evident! The overall vibe was energetic and enjoyable, and the experience was unforgettable—I was smiling the whole time. I will absolutely return! If you're considering trying it out, go for it. I highly recommend it.
