There was too much standing and listening to prolonged explanations, resembling more of a lecture. More interaction would enhance the experience, perhaps by including something like a local beer sample during discussions to alleviate the monotony.

The guide, Lisa, was impolite to the group. When someone gave an incorrect answer, she handled it poorly. It's fine to be wrong or unsure, but she should acknowledge attempts and gently correct them instead of shaming anyone. We've experienced this tour previously with a wonderful guide, making this encounter all the more disappointing. I wouldn't want someone like Lisa in a customer-facing role.
I thoroughly enjoyed the brewery tour. Lisa, our guide, was both knowledgeable and entertaining. The only downside was a guest who was being obnoxious and arguing with her. I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends and family.
